Precise Production Group is a company that provides events, programs, and productions catered to the growth and development of individuals with a passion for the performing arts.

It began with the budding dream of its founder, Delicia B. Davis. Always a dreamer, she had the vision of creating a huge multi-purpose arts studio in which people from all walks of life can come and engage in a wide range of production and arts activities.

She has always believed in the power of the arts and its role in our mental, physical, educational, and creative development. In January of 2008, Davis founded this company to enhance the everyday lives of those in her community. She aims to fulfill a mission daily, to help individuals define their unique goals and feel a sense of empowerment as they work toward achieving it. Through the extended services provided by this huge entity, she continues to live her dream of sharing the gifts that the arts, self, and social culture have to offer.

Delicia B. Davis serves as CEO of Precise Production Group Inc. With a lifetime of experience volunteering time to community awareness and youth service, she has lots of hands-on experience which serves as a guide to her role as the principle manager of this company. Her extensive experience within the arts include dance, drama, writing, music, and vocal training which began since age 7 and continues to progress years beyond.

Developing skills in dance, drama, and music always lifted her spirits and gave her the hope she needed to overcome adversity. This company was built on those core values- to develop youth skills through creativity, confidence, social awareness, and inspiration. Precise Production Group seeks to touch lives through its training programs, events, and performances at the new, Dream Discovery Studios. Her mission in life is to share with them that success is within reach and everyone has the power to achieve it.

Delicia B. Davis
Youth Development Director, Dream Team Leaders

Delicia B. Davis is a writer, performer and youth mentor. She serves as the creator and a lifestyle writer of DiaryDiscussions.com, founder of the performing arts company, Dream Discovery Studios, and contributor of the new parenting magazine, Mommy Noire. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Media Studies and Journalism and has since, gained resourceful experience in the business of arts & entertainment having worked for BET News, Liberty Studios, Cox Enterprises, and currently with NYC Parks & Recreation. Her writing, public speaking, and performance skills are evident in all her works.

Alicia Geraghty
Community Development Director, Dream Team Leaders

Alicia Geraghty is a self-motivated, outspoken native of South Jamaica, Queens and a former employee for NYC Department for the Aging and South Jamaica Senior Center where she served as the Director. Alicia now resides in Far Rockaway, NY with her children and husband. Since the loss of her mother she has stopped at nothing achieve her goals through perseverance and has pushed adversity to the side. She began teaching dance more than 20 years ago and continue to inspire thrugh the creative arts. Alicia takes pride and has a strong passion for her culture, teaching younger generations about the importance of fighting through life adversities combined with health & wellness recreation, through her partnered program, “Dream Team Leaders”. Alicia is a Dance Instructor, a Certified Community Organizer, A Community Park Group Leader, an Inspirational Speaker, Women and Families’ Empowerment Speaker, and a multiple award recipient for work done in her community. Alicia displays an intensely energetic enthusiastic personality with love. She is well connected to the community and wishes to bring all her overall knowledge, experience and patience to the youth in efforts to continue the peace within oneself.

Colleen McKenzie, Dance & Drama Instructor

Colleen McKenzie, has been dancing since age three when she first fell in love with the art. In 1998, McKenzie enrolled as a theatre student at Hillcrest High School. There, McKenzie perfected not only her dancing and theatre skills, but also learned the business aspect of the industry. Her passion for the arts doesn’t stop there, but runs deeper, as she has performed as a musician, poet, and model. McKenzie is now preparing for a career as a professional singer and enjoys teaching the skills and techniques of the arts to her students at Dream Discovery Studios. She is currently pursuing her Masters’ degree and working on another passion of hers- becoming a Family and Children’s therapist.

Tanzania Hughie, Dance/Music/Yoga Instructor

Tanzania Hughie is a trained dancer and yoga instructor. She was accepted into the New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts and will be attending this fall. Tanzania is currently a youth program coordinator and assists with mentally disabled adults at Dream Discovery Studios. Her strengths are instructing dance, music, and yoga programs. She was recently featured on the Dr. Oz show sharing dance & fitness moves with a nationwide audience.

Paige Stewart, Dance Instructor

Paige "Queen TuT" Stewart is from Queens, New York. Working as a dance teacher at dance, public schools and Dream Discovery Studio workshops all over the Tri-state area instructing the youth in the movement, dance & step. Her passions are a combination of spoken word, poetry, dance, and the love of performing. She maintains a well-rounded work ethic and encompasses dedication that can’t be matched. Diagnosed with Lupus since the age of twelve she continues to move forward despite the challenges. Paige's goal is to inspire and evoke passion through everything she does.
